Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver across India, bringing Eltior™ directly to your doorstep.

Orders are typically processed within 48 business hours and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange

Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns on open or used items.

We currently do not offer exchanges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

We’ve got you covered. Share images within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Once the return product is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. In case of COD orders, we will provide refund on your given bank details.
