At Eltior™, every product is crafted with care and hygiene in mind. Because skincare is deeply personal, we maintain a thoughtful and safety-first return approach.


Return Eligibility

We request you to inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery if you wish to raise a return request.


To maintain product hygiene and quality:

  • Products cannot be returned once delivered in good condition.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • All seals, labels, and outer packaging must remain intact.

Opened or used products cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene and safety standards.


Complimentary Items

Freebies, samples, PR boxes, gifted products, and all complimentary items are offered as a gesture of care and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Damaged or Incorrect Product

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we're here to help.

Please contact us at care@eltior.com within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • A clear unboxing video
  • Photographs showing the issue

After review:

  • Incorrect products will be replaced at no additional cost.
  • The incorrect item will be collected during replacement delivery.
  • Damaged products may be replaced or refunded, depending on availability and your preference.

Important: Damaged products are not eligible for return. They are resolved only through replacement or refund.


Refunds & Store Credit

Once your request is approved, we offer:

  • Refund to your original payment method, or
  • Store credit for future purchases, depending on the case.

Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after approval.


Reverse Shipping

For all approved returns or replacements, Eltior™ will bear the reverse shipping charges.


Lost in Transit

In rare cases where an order is lost during transit, we will coordinate closely with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the matter fairly, in accordance with courier liability terms.
